After graduating from Notre Dame Law School Margot Reagan clerked for Judge Allen Sharp, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana from 1987 to1989. In 1989 Margot began practicing in the area of civil litigation. She has successfully tried and settled cases representing plaintiffs, as well as defendants, in cases involving products liability, discrimination, sexual abuse, defamation, insurance defense, personal injury and nursing home litigation. Margot has also conducted extensive research and presented a seminar regarding mold litigation in defense of contractors and builders. Margot's expertise as a litigator in these areas rounds out the litigation section at Tuesley Hall Konopa, LLP.
Margot is also a member of the American Inns of Court, a national organization dedicated to promoting the ideals of excellence, civility, professionalism and ethics in the legal profession.
